First contact with real industry: 8 months building SPAs with Angular and Node.js, plus a 4-month internship at Quick, where the code had to work in production, not just in class.

Specialization in real industry standards: Full Stack, Software Architecture, CI/CD, Testing, Architectural Thinking, Scalable Systems, Microservices.
The decision
Pausing my degree to learn in real production
In 2022 I paused university to take an intensive industry program. It wasn't giving up on my education — it was betting that code that has to work under real pressure teaches things no class can. That's the judgment I use today for every technical decision.
The result
From theory to systems that hold up in production
That bet paid off at Jala University, with real architecture and scalability standards. Today I build software thinking about another engineer maintaining and extending it, not just about it working today.
